Agreement

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. The site is operated by ASHTON through Atomic Sound Productions LLC (Ohio, USA).

Music, images, and content

All music, recordings, photos, artwork, and text on this site belong to ASHTON, Atomic Sound Productions LLC, or the credited artists and photographers. You may share links and quote small excerpts with credit. You may not copy, resell, sample, or republish our material without written permission.

Merch orders

• Orders are placed by email. An order is not final until we confirm it by reply.
• The price shown is the item price. Shipping and sales tax, where they apply, are stated in your order confirmation before you pay. There are no other fees.
• Items marked sold out or coming soon cannot be ordered yet.
• We may cancel an order (and fully refund it) if an item is out of stock or a price was posted in error.
• Returns and refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.

Booking, sessions, and services

Production, engineering, recording, and performance work is agreed by email or in writing before it starts, including price, date, and deliverables. Those written details control over anything general on this site.

Digital products

Digital goods (such as drum packs or Holders Vault downloads) are licensed, not sold. You may use them in your own music, including commercial releases, but you may not resell, redistribute, or share the raw files.

Holders Vault

Vault access is tied to holding a qualifying token in the wallet you connect. We never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Never share them with anyone claiming to be us. Access may change if you no longer hold the token.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, scrape at scale, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site, the vault, or other people's data.

No warranty and limits of liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, ASHTON and Atomic Sound Productions LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the item or service in question. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, unless the law of your home jurisdiction requires otherwise.
