How to ask
Email t21jakes@gmail.com or use the button below, which opens a ready-to-send message. Tell us the name, email, phone number, or wallet address you used with us so we can find your records.
What happens next
- We confirm it is really you, by replying to the address you wrote from, or by a wallet signature for vault data.
- We act on your request within 30 days and confirm by email.
- Deletion covers email threads, order details, and vault records tied to you.
What we may have to keep
Records we are legally required to keep, such as order and tax records, can be retained for the period the law requires. We will tell you what was kept and why.
Parents and guardians
If your child under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets that age) has sent us information, you can use this same page to ask us to see it or delete it.
Email opt-out
We do not run a mailing list. If you ever receive a promotional email from us, reply with “unsubscribe” and we will stop within 10 days.
