Privacy Policy
Short version: I count visits and, only if you say yes, learn what music you like so I can make better stuff. No names, no emails, no ads, nothing sold.

Who we are
its4shton.com is run by ASHTON (Ty) through Atomic Sound Productions LLC, Cleveland, Ohio, USA. Questions about your data: t21jakes@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Emails and messages you send us. If you email, text, or DM to ask about booking, a session, or an order, we keep that conversation so we can reply and fulfill it. There is no contact form on this site; messages go straight to email.
- Order details. Merch orders happen over email. We keep your name, shipping address, and order contents only as long as needed to ship and handle returns and for tax and bookkeeping records.
- Wallet address (Holders Vault only). If you sign in with a crypto wallet, we receive your public wallet address and a signed message to prove ownership. We never see your private keys or seed phrase and cannot move your assets.
- Admin sign-in email. Only the site owner signs in with an email link. Visitors do not need an account.
- Basic server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability.
Visit statistics
When you open a page, the site records an anonymous event: the page, the website you came from, your country (not your city or IP address), device type (phone, tablet, desktop), browser name, and which music or social links you click (Spotify, YouTube, etc.). It is stored in our own database and used only by the site owner, to see what people like.
- If you press "No thanks": the event above is still counted, but with no ID of any kind, so it cannot be tied to you or to your other visits.
- If you press "Accept": your browser also keeps a random anonymous ID (not linked to your name, email, or any account) so returning visitors can be told apart from new ones. You may then optionally pick the genres you listen to; that answer is stored against the same random ID.
You can turn this off any time on the Cookie Policy page, which also deletes the ID from your browser. To have stored events removed, use the data requests page and include your anonymous ID if you have it. Events are kept for up to 24 months.
What we do not collect
- No advertising trackers, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, no third-party analytics companies.
- No newsletter list, no sign-up form, no data bought or sold.
- We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.

Cookies
Only essential cookies, used for sign-in and vault sessions. Visit statistics use browser local storage, not cookies. See the Cookie Policy.
How long we keep data
Email conversations and order records are kept as long as needed to serve you and meet tax and legal obligations, generally up to seven years for order records. Vault session data expires on its own. Ask on the data requests page and we will delete anything we are not legally required to keep.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to how it is used. Residents of California, the EU/UK, and other regions have specific statutory rights, and we honor them for everyone. Use the data requests page or email us, and we will respond within 30 days.
Children and age consent
This site is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EU/UK, where local law sets that age), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you are under that age, please get a parent or guardian to contact us for you, and please press "No thanks" on the privacy banner. If a child has sent us information, a parent or guardian can ask us to see or delete it on the data requests page, and we will remove it.
We only email you to reply to something you sent us or to handle your order. We do not run a mailing list. If we ever send a promotional email, it will include an unsubscribe option and we will stop on request.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top will change. We will not start collecting new kinds of data without updating this page first.
